In your Chrome Browser:
To clear history, cookies, ... (This will save a few steps in the process)
Laptop/Desktop: Ctrl + Shift + Del
Chromebook: Ctrl + Shift + Backspace
NOTE: You ALSO have to clear your Internet Explorer browser, even if you haven't been using it!
Click on the Gear symbol in the upper right hand corner, then "Internet Options", then chose "Delete" under the browser history option.
If students are having problems logging into or accessing clever please have them try the steps below:

- then Proceed link (At the bottom)

If they are trying to login and it just loops back to the login have them:

- Close the browser then reopen it and log back into Clever.

Google Classroom error “Blocked by Administrator”. Follow the steps below to update the Chromebook.
- At the bottom right, select the time.
- Select Settings .
- If you are having issues with Setting page turning Black or White
- Open Chrome Browser
- Click on the 3 dots a the top right of the browser to access the Menu
- Next you select Help > and then click on About Google Chrome
- Click on Chrome OS Settings, and then skip to Step 5.
- At the bottom of the left panel, select About Chrome OS.
- Under "Google Chrome OS," you'll find which version of the Chrome operating system your Chromebook uses.
- Select Check for updates.
- If your Chromebook finds a software update, it will start to download automatically.
- After update is complete, click the “Restart” button to restart your Chromebook
- Once you have logged into your Chromebook, click on the ZOOM App on your taskbar.
- Before you join a meeting, change your Screen Name to your First and Last Name so your teacher will know it is you asking to be admitted from the Waiting Room.
