Notably, his dedication and guidance in the annual History Day competitions have been transformative, diving deep into facilitating student research, and developing critical thinking and presentation skills that extend beyond the classroom. Thanks to his commitment, many of our students have advanced to the national level over the past two decades. Mr. Cortez plays a vital role in our school community. He leads several clubs, mentors new teachers, and takes the initiative in organizing events that strengthen our community bonds.
