1. Click the 3 lines in the upper-left corner.
2. Select "Account" on the left (1).
3. Then tap "Notifications" (2).
4. Select whether you want to receive notifications by text, by email, or both (3).
5. Finally, choose whether you want to receive that notification instantly, or as a "Digest" (4). Digest means you'll only be notified during the Digest window (for example, 6:00pm).

NOTE: If you do not tap "Instant," you will only receive the text or email when you've scheduled notifications.

4. Select "Language" (3).
5. Finally, choose your preferred language (4).
